VKatOS uses GAIA, our proprietary AI engine, to process your data. All prompts sent to GAIA are anonymised. Your sensitive business data is never used to train models for other clients without explicit, aggregated anonymisation.

VKatOS provides an autonomous operations platform as described on our website. We provide the infrastructure, AI logic, and maintenance for your business pipelines.
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee followed by a recurring monthly subscription fee based on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable once the service deployment has commenced. Prices are subject to applicable GST.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime. If VKatOS experiences more than 4 hours of downtime in any calendar month, we will credit your next month of subscription free of charge.
The client retains full ownership of all data uploaded to VKatOS. VKatOS retains ownership of the underlying software, GAIA engine, and proprietary automation logic.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
